Palm Valley offers supreme services at following terms and conditions:
- Taxes Applicable as Per Govt. Regulations
- Children under the age of 10 Years are considered complementary if sharing bed with parents
- INR 500/- Per Day for Extra Bed
- In case of food ordered in the room service charges extra
- Check in time 2 PM. In case of early arrival it is subject to the availability of the room. In case of guaranteed check in before 2 PM hours please make a reservation the night before.
- Check out time 10 AM.
- Proof of Identity for all the guests is mandatory. Please carry your government approved ID cards with you.
- Smoking in the lobby, garden, waiting room and dining hall is strictly prohibited.
- Cancellation Policy: Before 30 days: 5% reduction, 15 to 29 days: 20% reduction, 7 to 14 days: 25% reduction, 1 to 6 days: 50% reduction and same day no refund.
